About sales price

The sales price will be the displayed amount (display price / consumption tax included). Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
The shipping fee is 1,200 yen nationwide (including tax), and free shipping for purchases of 10,800 yen or more. In the case of cash on delivery, a fee of 324 yen will be charged.

Timing and method of payment (consideration)

Payment will be completed when you place your order.
For this service, the sales contract will be concluded when the product is shipped.

Special terms for returns

Merchandise can only be returned if the merchandise is defective or if the merchandise received is different from the ordered merchandise.
We cannot accept cancellations or exchanges after payment has been made.
Please contact us within 7 days if the product is defective or if you receive a different product from what you ordered. We will exchange it as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that there is no exchange product, we will refund the total amount of the product price, shipping fee, and delivery charge.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
○ Returns due to customer reasons (size does not fit, different from image, wrong order, etc.)
○ If the same product is in stock and can be exchanged ○ Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days ○ Products that have been used
○ Items that have been soiled or scratched by the customer ○ If the tag is lost

Delivery time of services or goods

We will ship within 7 days after receiving your shipping request.
We cannot bundle additional orders after payment is completed.
We cannot accept requests for dates and times. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote islands and some areas.
