Due to the completely entrenched remote control and the numerous deadlines that I pretended to forget, I find myself in my room every day, single-mindedly facing my Mac. Before I knew it, I went on an escape trip to YouTube and Netflix, and every time I returned to reality, my new normal daily life became completely normal and settled. There is no reason to come up with such an epoch-making idea, and the number of invitations to file blue returns in February is, of course, just a dream, and even looks like a modern red paper. In order to free myself from such a negative reincarnation spiral and to understand my mind and body that have become completely stiff, I decided to go out to "2022 Nirvana Journey" with my iPhone in hand.

The signposts are words like “meditation” and “yoga” that I know but have never practiced. In addition, I continued to search by making full use of the knowledge and search ability that I had vainly cultivated as an editor for a long time. , It was Ryoko Saito's HP online. In contrast to the bearded Maharishi, Ryoko-sensei has a natural yet sophisticated atmosphere. While learning classical hatha yoga and teaching in a flow style that focuses on breathing and the inner sensations of the body to make it easier to enter into meditation, I was looking forward to watching her lesson video. While I was moving my body by imitating what I saw and saw in my study, I began to feel that my mind and body were beginning to unravel.

A middle-aged man who doesn't know the right or left of yoga suddenly suddenly has a lesson in the studio, but being able to try it at his own pace without any shame in his room alone is a gift of the season of staying home for a long time. I would like to take a pose lesson from a tender that can be practiced in a poor environment with a low ceiling like me, especially in a stiff neck, shoulders, arms and waist. I was able to get in touch with Ryoko-sensei, relying on connections I made when I was the editor-in-chief of an ethical lifestyle magazine for women.

For creatives who work hard to make things while being hard like me who is overflowing with the world, while dreaming that someday the creativity of the Beatles at the time of "White Album" will spring up, I have a brazenly gifted online from Mr. Ryoko. I will give you a quick lesson on.

lesson 1
Garuda Asana / Eagle Pose
#19765D

“Because it is based on hatha yoga, I don’t usually teach based on fixed poses, but there is a technique called 'Garuda Asana' that effectively stretches the upper body from the shoulder blades to the arms and the waist. It might be a good idea to arrange the poses you can do so that you can do them while sitting on a desk chair, etc. "Garuda" means the eagle, and "asana" means the posture. is included.
In the first place, the goal of yoga is not to improve your poses, but rather to deepen your breathing and make it easier to meditate, so it is important to always be aware of your breathing.”

lesson 2
Nadi Shodhana/Alternate Nostril Garuda Asana/Eagle Pose

“I mentioned that breathing is important in yoga, but there is a method that is easy to do and has immediate effect, so if you want to change your mood or relax, it might be a good idea to adopt a breathing method called “Nadi Shodhana”. I can't.
"Nadi" means the passage of air, and "shodana" means purification. By alternating breathing through the left and right nostrils, the autonomic nerves are adjusted and the body and mind are balanced.
Breathing through the right nostril activates the left side of the brain and produces positive dispositions (masculinity) such as liveliness, tension, and excitement. Breathing through the left nostril activates the right hemisphere of the brain and produces yin (femininity) qualities such as relaxation, calmness, and calmness.

In everyday life, it is difficult to choose which way to breathe, so hold each nostril with your hand and take 10 breaths alternately. Exhale through the left nostril, then inhale comfortably through the left nostril and exhale through the right nostril. Now inhale through the right nostril and exhale through the left nostril. Keep doing this about 10 times. The purpose of this breathing method is to balance the energy by consciously controlling the breath. You can easily refresh yourself in a short time without choosing a lot of places, and meditation is quite difficult, but "Nadi Shodhana" can also assist you, so I think it will be useful to remember.

Finally, all yoga breathing methods are nose breathing, but it prevents dry mouth and prevents colds.”

Postscript: <loosejoints>, when the world becomes peaceful again, would you please organize Ryoko-sensei's offline lesson with the <loosejoints> family first?
